Chairman's Invitational Luncheon

The Board of the LTC has approved a new initiative whereby approx. 40 members selected at random will be invited to The Corporate Box (above the members lounge) to partake in a finger food luncheon and a free drink with the Chairman at selected race meetings.

This will give the club the opportunity to personally thank members for their support and will give members the chance to discuss issues of importance with the Chairman.

We hope you will be able to attend when you are invited because invitations will not be transferable.

Lismore Truck Show Postponed

Truck Show PostponedWe have had a number of enquiries about the Truck Show for 2011. We wish to advise members that a decision was made a couple of months ago to postpone the event that would normally be held in July / August due to the continued wet weather that has made a majority of the normal truck parking area not suitable for heavy vehicles. This then allowed the club to offer the raceday to the Woodlawn College as a replacement for their raceday that was lost in May.

The club is yet to make a decision about whether the truck show will be run later in the year or held over until the normal time in 2012.
