As of the 20th of August, 2010 the Members Jackpot draw is worth $500.

On each Race Day a membership number will be drawn from the barrell and if that person is on track they will have 10 minutes to claim the prize. But you must be at the races to win. If your name is drawn and you are not present then the Jackpot will increase for the next race day.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All financial members of the Lismore Turf Club as at 5.00pm the day prior to the race meeting will be eligible to be in the Members Jackpot Draw.
  2. The draw will be done at the presentation area of the saddling enclosure prior to the running of a Lismore race. That race will be determined by and known only to the club Secretary/Manager.
  3. One member’s name will be drawn at random from the container containing all eligible members.
  4. This member’s name will be announced over the on-course PA system by Gary Kliese (or his substitute) and also by the race caller.
  5. The winning member must be at the gate to the saddling enclosure at the conclusion of the race to receive his/her prize.
  6. Only the member whose name is drawn is eligible to collect the prize of $50 cash. No person is able to act as that person’s agent or proxy or collect the prize on their behalf. Photo identification will be required to verify a winning member’s identity and will be checked against the official Lismore Turf Club Members Register.
  7. If the winning member does not claim the prize by the announcement of correct weight for the race run directly after the randon draw, the prize will be forfeited, and will jackpot to the next raceday.
  8. All decisions made by the Lismore Turf Club Secretary/Manager will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Members Rewards

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All financial members of the Lismore Turf Club are eligible to receive the designated reward.
  2. The rewards program will be run over a membership year and will commence at the first race meeting held at Lismore after 1st July 2009 and will end with the last race meeting held prior to 30th June 2010.
  3. It is the responsibility of each LTC Member to have their name recorded as attending the race meeting on one of the lists provided at the entrance gates or at the Secretary’s Office. Only the actual member whose name is printed on the membership card may have their name recorded as attending the race meeting. No person is able to act as that member’s agent or proxy and record them as attending on their behalf.
  4. Once a member is recorded as attending 6 race meetings within the same membership year, they will be sent a rewards voucher entitling them to a complimentary lunch for 2 people to a race meeting in the future. The voucher will only be valid for a period of 3 months and must be redeemed within that time frame.
  5. With regard to this rewards program all decisions made by the Lismore Turf Club Secretary/Manager will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
